Ask POST_NOTIFICATIONS Permission in android 12 and 13

I am using onesignal component of niotron its working fine for android <= 12
sub
But the component is not asking permission to post notifications in android 13 so in onesignal subscribed status is “Permission not granted” see screenshot below

In this image, you can see the component is working fine for android 11 and 12 but in 13 its showing permission is not granted

How can we fix it?

Try the AskNotificationPermissions block in this extension.
