I’ll suggest you check the device logs to point out the actual reason why it’s crashing on older device? It might be helpful for the team to resolve quickly.

This is Not Builder Problem My App Run Smoothly Without Any Problem
I have checked my project thoroughly, and the crashing issue is not related to my project. I also tested a new project without any components, and it’s still crashing. This confirms that the problem is with the builder itself, not with my specific project.

no one trying to solve this issue, all my apps are crashing on android version below 8. i have tested on 5 devices and all device below android 8 crash. i cant publish my app like this. what is the use of paying for premium if app crash. and no admin is trying to help
Issue has been solved in the beta version, we’re published it a while ago, we’ve answered this same thing multiple times.

No problem at all, not even on Android 7.
I have 20 test devices (Android 2.3, 4.x, 5.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14). There should be no problems on any Android version (>= minSdkVersion 21, Android 5).
