yes you can
understand one thing
if you want to use admob for facebook bidding
then admob ads limit === facebook ads limit
facebook only gona show ads when admob make a bid first.

now i think you should try and check on admob,
because i read on admob policy that ads limit does not impact on third party mediations
how long it takes admob to remove ads limit ,
did any one has ads limit and how long you waited till admob removed yours ads limit?
So your ads limit removed now?..In how much time?
