You can renew it just after subscription end,if subscription is not ended yet you won’t be able to renew
Go to preferences → account and there you would see profile picture option.

Another question can I use Bluebird Virtual Card for renewal payment ?
You can use any card as long as it’s supported by the gateway provider
why dont you implement stack of subscription option, same as jio recharge, when current over next gets in place
