I mean anyone successfully PayOut from facebook using facebook bidding?

But I see on this community that many MoPub Account suspended after reaching 100 usd 
no thats not true… if u violate mopub policy then you will be suspended, otherwise mopub is best for bidding
mopub is not trusted network. and it will suspend without inform you.
I have 2 mopub account. 1 account for bidding & another one is without bidding…4 months till date,no problem at all
then you will lucky . almost every one that used mopub is suspend.
it depends on your app & also carefully placed ads so that prevent invalid activity

But Facebook payout send Facebook not mopub if your $100 reached in Facebook and mopub suspended you receive payment from Facebook
