TinyDB data import question

I like that the TinyDB extension lets me export all the data. But I’m not sure how to load that exported data back into TinyDB.

Is there a way to import the data again using the same file? If not, is there another extension or method that supports both exporting and importing?

In the database sheets, the text has colons, commas and everything is well organized. But when I import it into the app, the formatting breaks and the data does not import into TinyDB correctly.
