After uploading on play store, only banner ad showing but interstitial and reward ad not showing. Please check my blocks and screenshot. Please help how to fix this ?

I have tried but both ad are not showing ( banner and interstitial or reward ) after export.
you tested in test mode
I tested in test mode. When use mobile sdk initialize then test ads not showing.
I tried this way -
But test ads showing, real ads are not showing.

Can you guess the problem ?
Publish your app on playstore after app published ads will start showing
