AI Agent has arrived in Niotron
We’re excited to announce one of the biggest additions to Niotron App Builder yet: AI Agent.
This marks the beginning of a new era for app development in Niotron. By bringing AI powered assistance directly into the builder, we’re introducing modern development practices that help you build applications faster, resolve issues quicker, and spend less time searching for solutions.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced developer, AI Agent is designed to work alongside you and make app development significantly more efficient.

Instead of manually performing repetitive tasks or searching through documentation, you can simply ask the AI Agent what you want to achieve.
The AI Agent understands the Niotron platform, its components, blocks, and development workflow. It can answer questions, explain concepts, help troubleshoot issues, and actively modify your project when requested.
This allows you to focus more on building your application while the AI handles much of the repetitive work.
What can AI Agent do?
The first beta release already supports a wide range of development tasks, including:
- Create new screens.
- Modify existing screens.
- Design and improve your application’s user interface.
- Create, edit, and fix Blocks.
- Help troubleshoot project issues.
- Answer questions about Niotron components and platform features.
- Assist with development using natural language.
- Perform agentic modifications directly within your project.
Rather than simply responding with text, the AI Agent can actively work on your project and help automate many development tasks.
Built specifically for Niotron
Unlike generic AI assistants, Niotron AI Agent has knowledge of the Niotron platform, including:
- Components.
- Designer properties.
- Blocks.
- Development patterns.
- Platform capabilities.
- App building workflows.
This allows it to provide more relevant suggestions and make meaningful changes to your applications.
This is only the beginning
This release is Version 1 (Beta).
While the AI Agent is already capable of assisting with many development tasks, this is only the foundation of what we’re building.
Future updates will continue to improve its capabilities with:
- Better reasoning.
- Smarter application design.
- More reliable block generation.
- More advanced project modifications.
- Improved understanding of complex applications.
- Additional automation features.
Our goal is to make AI Agent an essential development companion that continues to become more intelligent over time.
Beta Notice
AI Agent is currently available as a Beta feature.
Although we’ve tested it extensively, AI generated modifications may occasionally produce unexpected results or require manual review. As with any AI powered development tool, we recommend reviewing changes before continuing development.
Your feedback during this beta period will help us improve the experience and shape future releases.
Important: Always keep a backup
Before allowing the AI Agent to make changes to your application, always create a backup of your project.
Niotron includes a Snapshot feature that allows you to restore previous versions of your project if needed. However, we strongly recommend maintaining your own project backups as an additional layer of protection while using AI powered editing features.
Following this practice ensures you can safely experiment with AI generated changes while keeping your work protected.
